If something was just a little off, they re-worked without any prompting. Marvel was my contact from the beginning and he delivered on every aspect of our agreement. Our project was demo and removal of existing deck and replace with a much larger footprint. We ran into a few unforeseen issues which the team professionally handled. I needed my existing deck stairs replaced, and I was hoping to have the job completed before the spring season. Marvel came out quickly to assess, take measurements and photos, and emailed me a detailed quote. He was always prompt with his communication, and never pressured or tried to upsell me. Additionally, Decks Unlimited is licensed and insured, and provided a written contract with warranty, which was important to me. The crew was hardworking, produced solid results, and left the area clean. Thanks!
Very professional acting outfit. Crew showed up and worked hard every day all day. They cleaned up their mess daily and the work looks to be outstanding. They did a nearly complete rebuild of my deck and stairs in a composite deck board with aluminum handrails. Very happy with the end result and I would definitely recommend Decks Unlimited.
