We had our deck replaced two weeks ago. Craig Small met with us in November and designed the project . We agreed and his crew started work in mid December. Our goal was to have the project completed before Christmas, and it was. Our deck is made of treated wood and we have a ramp as well as two stairways. The crew are good carpenters and they worked efficiently and were very courteous. Each night they moved their tools aside so that we had free access to our driveway and garage. The project was completed in five days. We are very satisfied with our new deck and would recommend Decks Unlimited for any deck project that you might have.
My experience with Decks Unlimited was an absolute pleasure to say the least. There were a few changes that I requested during the project and Marvel and his crew adjusted seamlessly on the fly. Timelines were met (a rarity in today's climate), quotes were accurate, and the crew was professional and courteous throughout the project. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Marvel and team were terrific; from the quote, to tear out of my old deck, to building the new deck. Unlike the other three quotes I received, Marvel's quote gave me detail and not just a price. And, he quoted on several different products which was extra work. Besides the quality of the craftsmanship, the clean-up was impeccable. No construction debris was left....and no lunch/snack trash ie., cans, bottles, chip bags. cigarette butts were left behind. (If there were any to leave behind!) I never imagined that I would have a new deck in February! They worked in the cold and had to navigate saturated wet ground due to the ice and rain. All set to landscape in the Spring! I highly recommend Decks Unlimited .
