Decks Unlimited just finished a deck renovation project for me. They did a great job start to finish! Craig and his crew were very easy to work with and they did everything they said they said they were going to do, and the quality of the work was a 10 out 10! I highly recommend Decks Unlimited! Marvel and team were terrific; from the quote, to tear out of my old deck, to building the new deck. Unlike the other three quotes I received, Marvel's quote gave me detail and not just a price. And, he quoted on several different products which was extra work. Besides the quality of the craftsmanship, the clean-up was impeccable. No construction debris was left....and no lunch/snack trash ie., cans, bottles, chip bags. cigarette butts were left behind. (If there were any to leave behind!) I never imagined that I would have a new deck in February! They worked in the cold and had to navigate saturated wet ground due to the ice and rain. All set to landscape in the Spring! I highly recommend Decks Unlimited .

Craig and his team just finished our deck. It was a quick and easy process and the new deck looks great! We got estimates from multiple places beforehand and he seemed to be the most knowledgeable about how to make sure our new deck was more secured than the old one.

If you are stopping on Deck’s Unlimited’s web site to look for a deck contractor in Louisville, LOOK NO FURTHER. I worked with Craig Small and he was the most honest, open, dependable contractor I have ever worked with. Craig responded to text messages and phone calls to a fault. We water proofed our deck. After it was installed, it was leaking between the baseboard and the house, my wife filmed it and I showed it to Craig via text. His response was “This is unacceptable, we will fix it.” A few days later, they had taken up the boards, installed flashing, and fixed the issue. I’m installing a pool and I wish that Craig installed pools. I would use him for every contracting job I needed if he did more than just deck. In fact, I am eventually going to finish the ceiling of my walk out basement. Instead of using the pool contractors deck guy, I’m going to have Craig come out and finish. Craig’s team that installed my deck were polite, professional, and true craftsmen. They tore out my old deck, hand carried it all out of my yard, and installed a beautiful deck that will hopefully last a life time. In today’s world, it is hard to find a trust worthy contractor. Like I stated before, Craig is an honest person who’s word means something. I’d recommend him a million times over and would use him and his team again if my deck ever needed work (it shouldn’t).

Decks Unlimited was great! Marvel communicates wonderfully. Marvel and their crews make sure what you want is built correctly and you’re happy. My family loves the deck addition that was built for our pool. The quality of the deck and the way the deck was built…we get compliments from guests all the time. Craig, the owner, was professional to speak with. I wouldn’t hesitate to have this company build again for us. Definitely recommending them to friends and family…give them a call!!!
