I needed my existing deck stairs replaced, and I was hoping to have the job completed before the spring season. Marvel came out quickly to assess, take measurements and photos, and emailed me a detailed quote. He was always prompt with his communication, and never pressured or tried to upsell me. Additionally, Decks Unlimited is licensed and insured, and provided a written contract with warranty, which was important to me.
