Marvel and his crew did an amazing job on our new pressure treated wood deck. They completely tore down the old one, constructed a new one twice as big, and added a pergola on one end. The guys were polite, courteous, and worked hard. Marvel kept up with communication during the whole project. We can’t wait to start using the updated entertainment spot. Craig from Decks Unlimited has been building decks for decades. He is very precise and accurate about exactly what we want. His team worked hard and had the deck done quickly (less time than estimated) and beautifully. Everything was done to the agreed specifications and estimate. While starting our deck, a problem with our house chimney/siding was discovered. They made us aware of a problem that had clearly been there for years. We quickly got someone to repair it, and Craig and his team graciously flexed with this new timeline and finished the work the next week after the repair work had been done. The deck is perfect and we look forward to many years enjoyment.
Workers were very professional and always on time. They worked through all kinds of weather conditions. The supervisor was courteous and friendly. Overall we had a great relationship.
