If you are stopping on Deck’s Unlimited’s web site to look for a deck contractor in Louisville, LOOK NO FURTHER. I worked with Craig Small and he was the most honest, open, dependable contractor I have ever worked with. Craig responded to text messages and phone calls to a fault. We water proofed our deck. After it was installed, it was leaking between the baseboard and the house, my wife filmed it and I showed it to Craig via text. His response was “This is unacceptable, we will fix it.” A few days later, they had taken up the boards, installed flashing, and fixed the issue. I’m installing a pool and I wish that Craig installed pools. I would use him for every contracting job I needed if he did more than just deck. In fact, I am eventually going to finish the ceiling of my walk out basement. Instead of using the pool contractors deck guy, I’m going to have Craig come out and finish. Craig’s team that installed my deck were polite, professional, and true craftsmen. They tore out my old deck, hand carried it all out of my yard, and installed a beautiful deck that will hopefully last a life time. In today’s world, it is hard to find a trust worthy contractor. Like I stated before, Craig is an honest person who’s word means something. I’d recommend him a million times over and would use him and his team again if my deck ever needed work (it shouldn’t).

Craig from Decks Unlimited has been building decks for decades. He is very precise and accurate about exactly what we want. His team worked hard and had the deck done quickly (less time than estimated) and beautifully. Everything was done to the agreed specifications and estimate. While starting our deck, a problem with our house chimney/siding was discovered. They made us aware of a problem that had clearly been there for years. We quickly got someone to repair it, and Craig and his team graciously flexed with this new timeline and finished the work the next week after the repair work had been done. The deck is perfect and we look forward to many years enjoyment.

Decks Unlimited recently completed a deck for me. I am completely satisfied with the results; Craig was very detail oriented; he was on the kob supervising and giving guidance as he consistently watched over his workers. The workers were polite and neat. They arrived every morning at 730 and the project was completed in a timely fashion. My research before hiring them showed a very high qualify of workmanship provided by the company and I found them to be no different. Thank you Craig for my beautiful deck!!!
