We hired Decks Unlimited to repair an older deck that sagged in the middle due to rotten wood. They were able to remove the old composite boards, replace the rotted wood, and put the composite boards back in place. There were a couple more rotted places that we didn’t know about and they also fixed them. The front steps were also fixed, as they were sagging too. We could not be happier! The price was very competitive and the communication between us was excellent. We would not hesitate to use Marvel and Decks Unlimited again, as well as recommend them.

I needed my existing deck stairs replaced, and I was hoping to have the job completed before the spring season. Marvel came out quickly to assess, take measurements and photos, and emailed me a detailed quote. He was always prompt with his communication, and never pressured or tried to upsell me. Additionally, Decks Unlimited is licensed and insured, and provided a written contract with warranty, which was important to me. Craig from Decks Unlimited has been building decks for decades. He is very precise and accurate about exactly what we want. His team worked hard and had the deck done quickly (less time than estimated) and beautifully. Everything was done to the agreed specifications and estimate. While starting our deck, a problem with our house chimney/siding was discovered. They made us aware of a problem that had clearly been there for years. We quickly got someone to repair it, and Craig and his team graciously flexed with this new timeline and finished the work the next week after the repair work had been done.
