We live in a condo and have a small deck that was rotted and unsightly. We got three quotes and Decks Unlimited offered the best price and the most comprehensive quote. We worked with Marvel and his crew who were excellent...on time, polite, hard working. The deck was demolished and replaced with composite in less than a day! We could not be more pleased. We couldn't be happier with our new deck. We had an old wooden deck off of the 2nd floor (maybe 12 feet off the ground) that needed replacing. Craig had his guys completely rip out the old deck and replace with a new trex deck in roughly a week start to finish. We had another estimate from a large, relatively local deck builder and this estimate was 10-15% less. Deck looks fantastic, Marvel and his guys were there dawn to dusk until it was done. Great job, highly recommend these guys!
Marvel and team were terrific; from the quote, to tear out of my old deck, to building the new deck. Unlike the other three quotes I received, Marvel's quote gave me detail and not just a price. And, he quoted on several different products which was extra work. Besides the quality of the craftsmanship, the clean-up was impeccable. No construction debris was left....and no lunch/snack trash ie., cans, bottles, chip bags. cigarette butts were left behind. (If there were any to leave behind!) I never imagined that I would have a new deck in February! They worked in the cold and had to navigate saturated wet ground due to the ice and rain. All set to landscape in the Spring! I highly recommend Decks Unlimited .
